In 1981, Dr. Antonoff founded Antonoff Associates to guide students and families in their educational choices. Before becoming a consultant, he spent 11 years in college administration, serving as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, Executive Director of Admissions and Student Affairs, and Dean of Students. As a consultant, he is committed to using his experience and expertise not only to help students and families but also to train upcoming Independent Educational Consultants and college counselors in procedures, ethical conduct, and best practices.
